Tours end at the 911 Memorial / Ground Zero site. This works really well if you are also planning on visiting the 911 Museum. You need to purchase tickets to the 911 Museum on your own. Our tour covers the free 911 Memorial waterfalls and memorial plaza.

Tours use a museum style listening device. You can actually hear the tour guide speak in a normal tone of voice. Guides do not use shouting or bullhorns to communicate with our tour groups.
