We will have the opportunity to observe the farm’s beloved sheepdog in action guiding a flock of sheep, as well as feed and milk the sheep, and learn first-hand from the shepherd about the techniques of cheese-making. And since it cannot happen any other way, the tour will conclude with an Idiazabal Designation of Origin cheese tasting.
