You start with Groznjan, it sits on the hill, 228 meters above the sea level. This hilltop town remained largely untouched. It offers amazing view over olive groves, vineyards and the sea coastline in distance. Groznjan is well know for its artist and galleries, jazz festival and small alleys.
After visit of Groznjan your day trip continues to Motovun, most beautiful medieval hilltop town in the Istrian hinterland. Motovun and the surrounding area is famous for the white and black truffles you can find in forests around the city. Motovun is surrounded by medieval walls. International Film Festival is organised here every summer.

Zavrsje, maybe the most mystical of all 3 cities you visit, now days mostly abandoned. In the past Zavrsje was connected to Trieste, Italy and Porec with the old railway called Parenzana.
After the day of discovery, drive back.
