Each participant will contribute to the preparation of dishes and go home with their own creations, recipes and lots of cooking ideas to take home.
Throughout this cooking class you will learn to cut salmon, discover the preparation and seasoning of the inevitable Japanese round rice and bamboo mat. Finally, you will realize 5 nigiri sushi, 6 maki and 6 californias to take with you.
You will be helped for preparation but you will prepare each step of sushi-making yourself.
Obviously, the chef will help you during the preparation if you need some help.
