Enjoy two morning dives at two different locations in Kona, Hawaii's pristine waters where you may see endemic tropical fish, view the many formations made by old lava flows, observe green sea turtles, spot the hard to find octopus, and many more wonderful creatures.This tour begins with check in at 8am at Honokohau Harbor slip #32.5. Divers can either sign the electronic waiver prior to the activity or sign a paper waiver at the shop at 7:30am. All divers are required to show proof of certification. Prior to boarding the boat the Captain will give a safety briefing and assign divers to dive groups.
This tour departs the harbor no later than 8:30am and we will choose the first dive site based upon ocean conditions. The dive guide will give a thorough briefing of the topography and what creatures you can expect to see. Upon entering the water you will be led on a tour of the reef for 60 minutes.
After completing the first dive you will have a one hour surface interval and head to the next dive site, based upon ocean conditions. The dive guide will give a thorough briefing of the second dive site. Upon entering the water your will be led on a tour of the reef for 60 minutes. Upon surfacing the crew will rinse all dive gear as you head back to the harbor arriving between 12:30pm-1pm.
