Its unusual Karst topography hillsides have often been compared to those at Halong Bay, VietnamIn the morning at 8am, your driver and guide will pick you up at the lobby of your hotel and then drive you to Zhujiang pier where you will embark on the boat for cruise. Li River is the highlight of Guilin tourism and even China. You will start with today's itinerary on the 54 kilometers waterway of winding Li River from Zhujiang to Yangshuo which is the highlight of Li River. It will take approximately 4.5 hours for the trip. Admire hundreds of thousands of grotesque peaks and picturesque scenery along the Li River with rolling hills and steep cliffs and clear waters. Lunch will be provided for your to enjoy on-board.
In the afternoon, you will disembark at Yangshuo, an ancient town with an history of over 1400 years. In addition, walk from Gaotian Village to Southern Yangshuo where you can find fascinating pastoral scenery comes insight. Furthermore, West Street of Yangshuo is a place where you will see unique shops selling traditional handicrafts, hand-made scarfs and snacks of local flavor...etc. It's really fun to explore these small shops even if you don't plan to purchase anything. At the end, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Guilin.
