With this tour you can discover the beautiful Natural Park of Llevant, situated in the northeast of the island of Majorca, in Artà. A four hour walt through the nature, ancient oil factories and much more!
With this walking tour you will get to know one of the treasures of Majorca, the Natural Park of Llevant, which was declared a natural park reserve in the 2001.
To begin this amazing walking tour, you will walk across the natural reserve and you will be able to visit the farmhouses (Casas de la Alquería) whose name come from the Arabic al-qarya or al-Qariya which means "village, hamlet" and goes back to the muslim past of Majorca. Afterwards you will visit the old factory and you can discover the rich flora and fauna.
The final destination is the famous Ermita de Betlem, a place surrounded by peace and meditation, where now a days some hermits still live.
