Our gourmet menu is : Our Two Appetizer Welcome, Served with Sparkling Wine and Blackcurrant liqueur, Salmon roulade & Leek fondue, Apple Breather - Traditional "Trou Normand", Duck thigh with pepper sauce, Potato Gratin, Seasonal Vegetables, Regional cheese accompanied with its greenery, Raspberry sweetness.
