The 83 kilometer long Li River flows from Yangshuo to Guilin, where the Karst mountains line the river. This tour is an incredible river cruise along this iconic river in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
In the morning, you and other cruise passengers will all get picked up at your hotel by a bus, between 7am and 8am. After that, your guide will bring you to Zhujiang Wharf for the amazing Li River cruise.
Take the morning Li River Cruise upstream to enjoy the scenery and beautiful surroundings. Get off the boat at a small village, where you’ll have the opportunity to visit a local family and see the way that people live in the area. Then you’ll continue to ride to Yangshuo, a small town that has exploded into a tourist mecca. Here, people come to enjoy the scenery and bike in the Karst Peak surroundings, or to rock climb. There are over 200 known routes, mostly single-pitch bolted climbing routes, but also many multi-pitch sport routes. While in Yangshuo also have some time to stop at the ‘World’s Biggest Market’ to pick up some things for yourself or souvenirs for friends or family.
You’ll have your lunch on the cruise, and then decide if you want to be taken back to your Guilin hotel, or whether you want to spend the rest of the day in Yangshuo on your own arrangement.
