Malaga city center is the most beautiful part of the city. We will be riding through Plaza de la Merced, discovering the Roman origins of the city, the Renaissance Cathedral and the ancient Arabic Alcazaba: the fortification.
We’ll ride past the Central Market, one of the city meeting points, to end up in front of Plaza de Toros (the bull fighting arena) with its beautiful Liberty style, now the city hall.
The route keeps going through the small and cute park, with its small bushes that give simmetry and colour to the city center. The rose garden has got roses from all over the world and orange trees and give perfume to the park.
This Guerrero Stachan’s project fits perfectly between the Puerta Oscura, the Alcazaba and the Gibralfaro.
We’ll ride all the way down to La Malagueta, the most famous beach in town. Here you can finally taste some lovely Malaga food. “Espeto” is a traditional dish, cooked on the brazier, made out of old boats.
