Then, you'll have the temazcal purification ceremony using Mayan symbols, elements, plants, and copal (tree resin from the Copal tree commonly used in Mayan ceremonies). This is a spiritual ceremony conducted within a hot vapor bath and is meant to be cleansing to cure or relieve symptoms of many ailments; similar to sweat lodge).
