Take your first step into the underwater world by joining the PADI Discover Scuba Diving program in Sharm el Sheikh. The Red Sea coral reefs are filled with beautiful marine life, so get down there and check it out! This short introductory program with a PADI-certified instructor includes a theory session, a pool session and one open-water dive in the Red Sea. By the end, you’ll be hooked and ready to continue your diving education.
Your PADI Discover Scuba Diving program begins with transfer from your hotel. We will pick you up and take by a private minibus to one of our 3 dive clubs in Sharm el Sheikh. There you’ll meet your dive instructor, a certified PADI professional (Professional Association of Diving Instructors). You will fill documentation and medical questionnaire. The program is broken into three parts: a theory session, a pool session and a sea session.
At 14:30 pm you will start the pool session. Under the watchful eye of your instructor, practice basic diving skills and get familiar with the tank, BCD, regulator, mask and other diving equipment. Learn how to control your buoyancy and breathe underwater! After the pool, around 16:30 pm you will watch video and solve simple quiz.
Next day we will pick you up and meet at 8 am in the dive club. There you will prepare equipment and head with instructor to the private beach to start your first open sea dive. You will enjoy one of 3 famous dive sites: Far Garden or Temple or Ras Nasrani. After entering the water from jetty with instructor, you will check your new skills during an open-water dive up to 12 meters. As you discover the amazing experience of swimming with colorful fish around the coral reef, you’ll be a converted diving lover! At the end of your dive You will receive a recognition certificate.
