So it is worth a visit to discover its many faces and enjoy them.Pag is a perfectly projected renaissance city with numerous squares, bridges, villas, and churches. You will visit Church of the Assumption of Mary which is in the center of Old town of Pag. The church holds the miraculous Holy Cross from the early 15th century that was brought from the Old Town.

Also there is Church of St. George that was built in the 15th century, and was part of the defensive wall of the city, which was built according to the design or with the cooperation of Juraj Dalmatinac (George the Dalmatian).

Very important is also Church of St. Francis is in the southern part of the Old Town core.

With easy walking you will get to Benedictine Monastery of St.Margaret . Since ancient times, the Benedictine nuns had a special and important role in Pag, especially in the education of girls. They taught lace making, the monastery has a free public school with teacher nuns, and there were the first nursery.

After visiting old churches and monastery you will step back in time walking through bridge Katina. See salt storage facilities in the center of town, true witness of the past, indicators of the importance of salt for the people of the island.

Pag lace is a unique handicraft made by valuable and skilled hands of woman from Pag. It is believed that the Pag lace takes its origin from the city of Mycenae. Nowadays, the Pag lace makers can be seen on the streets making the most beautiful needlework created by woman's hands. In the city center on the Square Petar Krešimir IV is placed Pag lace Gallery which you can visit.

While driving from Pag to Lun you will be able to see famous drywalls. The island of Pag is one of the richest areas in Croatia in length-preserved stone walls which is on the island about 1000 kilometers. Your guide will tell you more about it.

You will also pass by viewpoint Gradac -  certainly the most beautiful panoramic view of the very fabric of Pag offers is placed on the road that connects Pag and Novalja, therefore whether you leaving or coming into Pag you can stop and see the beautiful panorama.

Later you’ll visit Lun, the northernmost point of Pag island and natural reservation of olive trees, some of them 2000 years old. On the entire Lun area there is about 80 000 olive trees. Dreamy landscapes of the olive trees and botanical gardens are the best therapies for detoxing stress. Such locations as Lun exist only on two more places in the world at Israel and at Greece.

In late afternoon you will return to Zadar.
