Spend five nights in Tibet, taking in the many cultural treasures found in Lhasa, Gyantse and Shigatse. This private tour starts in Lhasa where you visit monuments like World Heritage–listed Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, Drepung Monastery and Sera Monastery. Then set out for the towns of Gyantse and Shigatse, stopping to view Yamdrok Lake and possibly Mt Nojin Kangsang along the way. Tour the Gyantse Kumbum and Tashilhunpo Monastery before returning to Lhasa for a final night. Accommodation, private guide, entrance fees, transportation and Tibet travel permit are all included. Your private Tibet tour starts in the capital city of Lhasa, where you spend three nights before visiting the towns of Gyantse and Shigatse. You'll return to Lhasa for your final night. During the first few days in Lhasa, acclimatize yourself to Tibet's high altitude while touring the city's iconic monuments with your private guide, who provides detailed commentary about Tibet's culture, Buddhist treasures and natural wonders throughout the whole tour.

Accommodation consists of 4-star hotels in Lhasa and Shigatse with breakfasts included. Other meals are at your own expense, allowing you the flexibility to choose when and where to eat. Your guide can provide restaurant suggestions in each place you visit.
