Experience Thai culture and history, take a journey down to the Chiang Dao cave, it’s inside one of the mountains that one of Thailand’s best known cave systems in the north lies. You will also enjoy the zip lining activities in Chiang Mai which let you soar from tree to tree. e will depart from your hotel at 7am and our day starts at the Elephant Camp. Here you will learn some basic skills in how to handle an elephant by a mahout (a person who works and trains elephants). You will learn how to control the elephant and bathe and feed them. Once you have confidence in each other you will also be given the opportunity to ride the elephant.
After you have ridden and bathed the elephants, you can take a shower and change your clothes. Some fresh fruits and snacks will be provided by the staff for you to enjoy. You will then be transported to Chiang Mai to experience zip lining through the trees. You can fly across the top of the jungle where the birds and monkeys hang and see the jungle from a different view point.
Our next destination is a Karen Long Neck Village, here you will learn some history of the village and see the women who lengthen their necks with brass coils. Lunch will be served before heading to the Chiang Dao cave, which is the biggest limestone cave in Chiang Mai. Here you will see some fantastic rock formations and be prepared to get wet as you walk through the cave.
You will then be transported back to your hotel safely.
