The Innsbruck Christmas market is filled with magic as snow falls and music pours around every corner. Join us for a day of hand made crafts, glühwein, Swarovski crystal, and history.We begin with a beautiful forty-five minute drive from Garmisch-Partenkirchen through the Alps into the heart of Tyrol; the city of Innsbruck. Once there we start with a shopping excursion and tour of Swarovski Crystal World. The world renown crystal, jewellery, binoculars, and hunting scopes will be within your reach to buy or simply admire. Afterwards, we make our way into the old town of Innsbruck for Christmas Market fun! Full of hand crafted gifts, ornaments, mulled wine, and winter fun. This market is by far the best in Southern Europe.Lunch will be at my favourite historical restaurant just inside the market and home to Tyrol's best cuisine. After lunch we will wander the market stopping at three of my favourite sights: The Golden Dachl, the Hof Church, and St. James church. But don't fret, there is plenty of shopping in between! Once we are ready we will make our way back to Garmisch-Partenkirchen at our own leisurely pace.
