Embark on this 11.5-hour day tour from Hanoi's Old Quarter to Mai Chau. Within one day, visitors will explore the natural and cultural beauties of this rural area. Enjoy a traditional lunch, along with a bike ride through the villages as you observe locals go about their daily lives.Begin your day with a pickup from your Old Quarter hotel in the early morning. While enroute, you will take a short break to stretch your legs. Continue driving afterwards, then at 11:30am, stop for a short 30-minute break to take photos of the Mai Chau Valley. Capture the beautifully green landscape and mountains that surround the village. Once you are done taking photographs, make your way into the village, wher eyou will enjoy a traditional lunch.
After your lunch has settled, take a 2-hour bicycle ride with your local guide. The ride will be suitable for beginners and experienced bicyclists alike. See farmers working in the fields, locals weaving scarves, and take time to visit the surrounding peaceful villages. Bring your camera along so you may look back on this unique experience. Come 3:00pm, it will be time to finish your ride and board the van to head back to Hanoi. The guide will bring you back to the hotel between 6:30-7:00pm.
