Explore the Silk Cayes of the Belize Barrier Reef while on this 6-hour tour. Accompanied by your private group and guide, snorkel with incredible sea creatures on the island. Observe more colorful and exotic fish while in Turtle Alley after enjoying a traditional lunch.Start your adventure at the meeting point, where you will meet your captain and guide for the day. From there, board the boat and listen as the captain gives you a safety and informational briefing regarding the boat. Afterwards, take off for your hour long journey to the 3 small islands called the Silk Cayes. Land in the south section of the Silk Cayes, before your guide gives you a short introduction to the area itself, including the park system. Once you have taken time to prepare for snorkeling, you will commence your beginner's level experience. The instructor will go over everything you need to know in order to maximize the fun in the water.

After you have finished snorkeling, head back to the beach, where you will enjoy a traditional Belizean lunch. Stroll along the beach as your lunch settles before taking off for Turtle Alley. Here, you will snorkel the barrier reef and witness native tropical fish until you reach an area where fishermen typically clean their catch of the day. The scraps are left for large turtles, sting rays, eagle rays, and nurse sharks. Discuss your experience with the guide before beginning your journey back to the original departure point.
