Get up close and personal with over 500 species of amazing tropical plants and tree plus some you’ve never seen before. Then, we move on to watch the local artisans demonstrate the intricate art of craft-making and batik painting. You will learn a lot about the different stages of batik painting. After the live demonstration, you can visit the shop and buy some batik clothing items here.
From here, we proceed to Teluk Bahang fishing village, it is a friendly fishing village in the north western tip of the island Penang. The name Teluk Bahang means the "Bay of Heat Wave", probably pointing to the high temperature of the sea breeze coming in to shore.
As the sun sets, Batu Ferringhi comes alive with a carnival-like ambiance with an open-air bazaar selling anything from clothes to attractive souvenir items. You can take a wander past the stalls and soak in the lively ambience. You will be transported back to your hotel safely with a wonderful experience.
