You will uncover unseen gems of this ancient town and take part in cultural activities while enjoying a slow pace of life in Luang Prabang.You will be picked up at your hotel in Luang Prabang early in the morning around 5:30 am to experience Luang Prabang in its extreme tranquility and also the Tak Bat ceremony, monks' alms procession, that takes places early in the morning on the street.

You will see monks in saffron robes walking in long silent processions searching for offerings left to them by the faithful. Your guide will help you enjoy these ceremonies in style. Next, you will walk to the morning market and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere trying some local tasty food at your own expense. Afterwards you will visit the Van Senne, which literally means "Temple of a 100,000 treasures", an then head to the Vat Xieng Thong, also known as the Temple of the Royal City, a vast collection of sacred buildings and the most beautiful temple in the city.

Later, you will visit Luang Prabang Traditional Arts and Ethnology Centre (TAEC), where you will learn about the ethnic tribes of Laos. In the afternoon, transfer by car to the Ban Xang Khong and Ban Xieng Lek, famous for making traditional Saa paper. Saa paper is made from mulberry, and is used to write or draw on, and make a wide range of other products. It is the creativity that makes traditional Saa paper and a key attraction for visitors to Luang Prabang. Lastly, you will enjoy magnificent sunset at the Wat Phabath and admire a combination of Thai, Lao and Vietnamese style. When the tour ends, you will be dropped off at your hotel.
