Our first stop is Itapuã Beach, on the north of Salvador, where we'll buy fresh fish in the community of fishermen. If they don't have fish, the lunch will be a delicious shrimp moqueca in Arembepe beach.
After the beach, we go to Arembepe on a preserved little community of people. After lunch, we'll relax at the beach and the river behind the sand dune. Then we visit an ecologic project protecting the marine turtles, it is called Projeto Tamar.

After the beach, we go to Arembepe on a preserved little community of people. After lunch, we'll relax at the beach and the river behind the sand dune. Then we visit an ecologic project protecting the marine turtles, it is called Projeto Tamar. Departing at 9:30am where you will go to Itapuã beach. There, relax and sit down on the beach for a while to enjoy the panoramic view of Salvador and the Itapuã Lighthouse. You'll have the possibility to swim in the ocean but please note that during the summer time, there will be a lot of seaweed on the beach.
Then it'll be time to travel to another beautiful beach very close. At 11:30am, you'll be leaving Itapuã to go to Arembepe. The group will leave the car at the entrance of the preserved area, on the ocean side and walk until the restaurant in the little village.
Lunch will be in a local restaurant where you can have shrimp moqueca or fried fish. At 2pm you'll take a short walk until the river where you can visit the handcraft work market and promenade along the ocean.
At 3:30pm, it'll be time to visit the ecologic project called Projeto Tamar, a project focusing on protecting the marine turtles.
Around 4:00pm (or earlier, depending on how the group feels) it'll be time to return to Salvador.
