You will be swept away by the charm of this city.Day 1: Bangalore - Srirangapatna - Mysore
Your chauffeur will pick you up from your hotel in Bangalore or Bengaluru International Airport around 8 am and drive to Mysore. En-route visit the old city of Srirangapatnam, and Dariya Daulat palace which also houses a museum. Next, visit Gumbaz, the burial chamber of a sultan and his family.
Later drive past the famous Ranganathaswamy Temple & Tipu Sultan Mosque. After visiting Srirangapatnam, have a delicious lunch at a local restaurant (own expense). Upon arrival Mysore check in Hotel, and have an evening visit to Brindavan Gardens complete with a fountain show. Later you will return back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Mysore - Bangalore (B)
Wake up early in the morning, and have breakfast. Around 8:15 am, you will check out of the hotel, and be picked up by your chauffeur. You will be driven to Chamundeshwari Temple, and see it's 7-story tall Gopura decorated with intricate carvings. After your temple visit, head back to Mysore.
After Chamundeshwari hill Visit the Mysore Royal palace, located in the heart of the city. The palace has been converted into a museum. While on the way back to Bangalore, visit St. Philomena’s Cathedral, a Roman-Catholic church. When the tour ends, you will be dropped off at your hotel in Bangalore or Bengaluru International Airport.
