Meet your friendly Russian host at her apartment and hone your cooking skills with a 2-hour step-by-step blini-making class. Hosted by a professional chef in a private apartment in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, this cooking class will teach you to make Blini (Russian thin pancakes) which are a traditional Russian dish.

You will make blinis with meat filling and mushrooms in sour cream and then top off your classic Russian meal with red salmon caviar - a popular tzar's dish from the Maslenitsa (Russian Spring carnival)

Pick up a few Russian phrases from your host and feel closer to Russian culture.

All the dishes that you are going to learn are based on the most renowned Russian recipes, always using the freshest seasonal ingredients.

The cooking class is limited to a maximum of 4 participants so that you can ensure that you receive a unique personal experience from the Chef.

At the end of your experience, your host will be happy drive you to the nearest subway station if you would like to spend the afternoon exploring Moscow independently. Alternatively, if you prefer she can help you order a taxi back to the city (own expense approx. 20-30 US$ per car for 1-4 persons).
