In case of flight delay, custom controls, lost luggage, etc, we will wait at the airport for 45 minutes beyond the official landing time. After that he will try to contact you asking whether he should leave or wait for you. For the waiting beyond 45 minutes a supplement may be required (payment on spot). In the event of no answer we will consider it a no show service and we will leave the airport.
Departures
For your return transfer back to the Airport, your driver will pick you up from outside your accommodation. The pickup time will be confirmed on the transfer voucher.
Driver will wait for 30 minutes at the meeting point since the agreed pick-up time. After that, he will try to contact you asking whether to leave or wait for you. For the waiting after 30 minutes a supplement may be required (payment on spot). In case of no answer we will consider it a no show service and we will leave the meeting point.
If you are traveling with a baby up to 3 years old please specify on the booking if you need the infant seat
