SienaSiena is just 1 hour driving distance from Florence and it is famous for its beauty. Its well known famous attractions are the Duomo, considered one of the most beautiful church of Italy, and “Piazza del Campo” where, twice a year, the horse race called “the Palio” takes place. The whole city centre is really nice and easy to visit because it is closed to the traffic since 1966. Our drivers are allowed to drive through the historic and pedestrian areas so they will drop you off and pick you up in front of the Duomo or wherever you like.
San GimignanoAfter approx 2 hours spent visiting Siena, the driver will drive you to San Gimignano, situated on the way back to Florence. This is another fabulous place to visit. The driver will drive you through the rolling hills of the Tuscany countryside and he will drop you off in front of the main gate of San Gimignano.
This tiny village is famous for its medieval architecture and towers that in the middle ages were the expression of power and richness of the major families of the city. The Duomo here is another magnificent example of medieval art. You will be able to visit San Gimignano for approx 1.5 hours on your own and then the driver will drive you back to your accomodation.
