Your guide will meet you at the foot of the splendid St. Andrew’s Church and will take you on a joyful 2-hour walking tour. The first attraction you will see is the “After Two Hares” Monument, which is very popular among tourists. Not only you can take pictures with this lovely sculpture, but also if you make a wish and rub the ring on lady’s finger it will come true.

After that, you will marvel at the beautiful St. Andrew’s Church, built in 1754 in Baroque style. It stands on the high hill and you will enjoy the panorama of the city from this part. Andreevsky Descent is very lively and happening place. You will hear street musicians play and see a big souvenir market. Various cozy cafes and restaurants always invite you for a cup of coffee.

The architectural ensemble of this street is quite impressive. You guide will show you the mysterious Richard’s Castle and a beautiful building of the Theatre on Podil. You will explore the old mansions and hear intriguing facts about people who lived there. You will see the monument to a famous writer M. Bulgakov, who lived in a house on this street and described Kiev and Andreesvsky descent in his novels. Now this building is a memorial museum of the writer and if you wish, you can visit it too (optional).
