This is an unique and gem-packed tour of Yangshuo. Your English-speaking guide will escort you for the whole trip. At 9:00am, your English-speaking guide and private van will pick you up from your hotel in Yangshuo or Guilin and head to Xianggong Mountain, the highest scenery spot by Li River. Spend some time on Xianggong Mountain top to see surrounding limestone mountains rolling away with the green ribbon like Li River flowing through. This is the spot where many postcard pictures of Li River were taken at.
After you enjoy the panorama view of Karst stone region, visit Local farmers' market, a window to the daily life of local people. In the market, you will find a variety of local produce, food, fowls, fish, and farm tools. A bamboo rafting trip is followed. You will raft on Yulong and Yulong rivers, the tributary rivers of Li River. Enjoy the poetic and picturesque scenery along the river banks where many famous artists had once painted the scenery as a back drop of their artworks. The experience of bamboo rafting is exciting but safe which lasts about an hour or so.
Next stop, you will visit an old village with farm houses that were built 300 years ago. You can enter these traditional styled old farm houses and talk to the residents. A trip to Silver Cave is followed. The Silver Cave is the biggest cave in this area with lots of stalagmites and stalactites which will astonish you with their weird shapes. Many newly formed stalagmites and stalactites are sparkling in the light looking like silver, hence the name Silver Cave is widely spread. It takes roughly 90 minutes to tour inside the cave.
The final attraction of the day that you will visit is the West Street. West street is located in the center of Yangshuo with lots of shops and restaurants on both side of the street. You can walk around here and shop for souvenirs and bargain like the locals do or just sipping a cup of coffee on the table alone this pedestrian street. You will be transferred back to your hotel afterwards.
