After you are met at the cruise center main gate by the Welcome Team, you will board an air-conditioned van or mini-bus for a fully narrated drive through Puerto Plata and Sosua to Cabarete. After a facilities stop you will make your way to the river where you will receive your tubing equipment including, a lightweight life jacket and a small tubing paddle. Then you are will be off on a relaxing, lazy river float with a cool, complimentary beverage in hand. As you float or paddle along, your river guides will point out areas of interest.
After tubing and drying-off, you will make the short drive to Cabarete-Kite Beach. There you can sunbathe, people-watch, visit one of the many, trendy bars and cafes, do some shopping or sit back and enjoy the sight of the many colorful kites that dot the sky. After your time in Cabarete, you will make the return to the cruise center main gate.
