Robeco SummerNights presents two months (July and August) of wonderful concerts, from classical to jazz and from chansons to film scores. Top musicians from the Netherlands and around the world bring you all your favorite classical pieces and surprises.During Robeco SummerNights, which in 2016 will be held between 1 July and 31 August, audiences can enjoy over 80 concerts in The Royal Concertgebouw.
This year, as in previous years, Robeco SummerNights offers a diverse program with something for everyone. In addition to classical music programming with top soloists and orchestras, there will be a chance to enjoy film music, lie back and listen to Bach, and the Main Hall will be magically transformed into a jazz club.
Robeco SummerNights are the result of a unique collaboration between Robeco and The Concertgebouw. They both have a rich history full of innovation and a passion for quality, while always keeping an eye on the origins. Everyone to their own. Through Robeco SummerNights they want to make musical tradition accessible to everyone in an innovative way. With programming from classical to modern, from acoustic to electric, over the past 30 years Robeco SummerNights has become one of the most visited festivals in the Netherlands.
