The Royal Gorge is a “must do” half-day whitewater rafting trip in Colorado! You will meet your guide at rafting headquarters in Canon City and then be transported to the river. This 3-hour experience features amazing scenery and awesome rapids, such as Sunshine Falls, Sledgehammer Falls and Wall Slammer.
The Gorge walls rise an incredible 1200 feet above the river, with the narrowest section at about 26 feet across. You’ll raft through the historic Royal Gorge, traveling under the world's highest single-span suspension bridge and the world's highest zipline. It's best to bring sunscreen, sunglasses and quick-dry clothes as you're likely to get wet along the way!
