Your tour begins when you are picked up at your hotel in the Grand Anse area or from the cruise port.

First stop is Fort Frederick that has 360 degree views of Grenada's southern peninsulas which makes this 30-minute stop a great photo opportunity as well as being a truly historic monument. The 15-minute drive to St Pauls is picturesque and passes through residential areas on your way to DeLaGrenade Industries. You will spend 30 minutes here and will have an opportunity to sample several award winning jams and jellies, as well as their famous nutmeg liqueur and nutmeg syrup. You will also get to sample a favorite energy drink made from algae, which the islanders believe to have romantic properties. See firsthand how the spice trees grow in the adjoining garden.

Moving in this tour on you will taken into historic St George's (20-minute drive), with its naturally beautiful volcanic harbour, your guide will point out the Bianca C monument and take you into the bustling colorful market to experience firsthand market day in Grenada. You will spend approximately 45 minutes here. A cool Carib, the local beer, can be enjoyed in the shade of the historic buildings of the market or for art lovers, you may want to visit one of nearby art galleries or the museum.
