This is a private tour customized for cruise travelers. After all, that's why you are booking this private tour.The proposed itinerary is as follows -but it can always be customized to your needs-:Start your tour to Prophet Elias Mountain, the highest point in Santorini where you can have a panoramic view of the island. Up there it is also located the Prophet Elias monastery.
Next stop will be Akrotiri Excavations which reopened in 2011. There you can admire the ruins and the whole Archaeological Minoan civilization. Near the excavations is the Red Beach, perfect spot to take some photos or swim if you wish.
After the Red Beach, short stop in black sand of Perivolos, where you can relax and enjoy the view of the beach. Then you will be driven
to Oia with a short stop at 'Santo Wines' at the highest point on the cliffs for more views of the caldera, the volcano and the whole island. In Santo wines winery, you will have the chance, if you want, to taste local products and the famous Visanto wine.
Next stop before Oia will be the famous Blue Dome Church in Firostefani, the one known from the post cards and travel guides, which is built at the edge of the cliffs at Firostefani with the great views of the Volcano. Do not forget to take some nice photos here as well.
The village of Oia will be our next and last stop, at the northern tip of the island featuring spectacular views, great sightseeing with traditional pedestrian roads, restaurants, jewel and souvenir shops for your shopping.
Our tour will end at Fira where you can spend your remain time before getting back to the ship.
