This short sightseeing tour is specially organized for the cruise passengers who do not have much time for city exploring. In 3 hours you will visit the main tourist attractions of Alanya (Red Tower, Alanya Castle, Damlatas Cave, Cleopatra Beach, Seyir terasi/ Panoramic area).The guide will meet you at the harbour near the Red Tower. The exact meeting time will be provided to you after the booking according to the cruise ship schedule. It is a small group tour by a comfortable minibus starting from Alanya harbour.
First you will drive to the panoramic area up in the mountains(Seyir tereasi). You will enjoy stunning view over the city and make great pictures. Then you will go down back to the city and stop to visit Damlatas cave ('Cave of dripping stones’). This small but very beautiful cave has numerous stalactites and stalagmites dating 15,000 years. Near by the cave there is one of the best beaches in Alanya - Cleopatra’s Beach.
After looking around there you will drive up to the castle which was built in the 13th century by Seljuks. From the top of the castle you will see all Alanya city and enjoy amazing view over Alanya coast and turquoise Mediterranean sea. After exploring the castle and learning some history about the place you will drive back to the harbour - return to the tour start point. There you can look around as well and explore the Red Tower (symbol of Alanya) and an old shipyard. The duration of the tour is approximately 3 hours.
