The 30-minute visit will show you the process leading from the olives to the extra virgin oil, the traditional and modern working techniques and the organic production, just recently introduced. The tasting includes a selection of traditional and flavored olive oils with local bread and preserves, always produced in the mill, olives and a glass of wine from Apulia wine cellars. After the tasting, you will have the opportunity to indulge in retail shopping therapy at the store.
