This tour offers you some of the best of what Port Limon has to offer. Make a stop at a local fruit stand, where you will try some delicious tropical selections and enjoy a jungle cruise down the canal.
After pick up from your cruise port, you will make a fruit stand stop, where your local guide will provide information about cocoa and coffee. You will also be tasting some of the delicious fruits of the Caribbean.
You will visit Playa Bonita, which is located about 2.5 miles (4 km) north of Puerto Limón. You will also make a stop at a local restaurant where you can get some of the best Caribbean and international food (own expense).
Last, climb aboard a covered jungle boat for a leisurely cruise through the jungle canal. Tortuguero is often called "The Amazon of Central America" because of its canals and abundance of wildlife; 5% of the world's wildlife is found in Tortuguero.
