This 30 minutes tour offers you the opportunity to skip the line thanks to your guide (from April through October) and discover more about this beautiful historic Cathedral. You will enter the Cathedral with your guide who will show you the wonders of this massive building's interior. During the 30-minute visit, you will have a personal headset to hear your guide clearly.
Inside the Duomo you can see incredible treasures such as the colossal clock above the main door, which is one of the only liturgical clocks showing the 24 hours of the hora italica (Italian time), a period of time ending with sunset. This is one of the few clocks (this timetable was used until the 18th century) that is still working. See the tribute to Dante - a painting of the Florentine poet with scenes of the Divine Comedy - and admire the beautiful and renowned 44 stained glass windows created by the greatest Florentine artists of their times, such as Donatello, Ghiberti and Paolo Uccello.
