Join this culinary journey through the heart of French cuisine. This small-group tour is limited to six people for a more intimate, relaxed experience. Depending on the day of the week, and what your preferences are, you will either go to a traditional open-air market or to one of Paris’ fine food district but either way it will be a delicious experience!
You will first learn what a croissant should be like and taste like (this is a must when coming to France), and then amongst many other food experiences, you will for example taste fine cheeses, sample a baguette, try olives grown in the south of France, and savor some of the country’s best charcuterie. And of course a food tour would not be complete without one of Paris’ famous and exquisite pastries.
This gourmet food walking tour is limited to a maximum of 6 people so that you can interact with Chef and ask her many questions. You will also discover French culinary habits, how French culture has influenced food, understand the importance of terroir (regional influences on food) and seasonality.
