The tour will follow along the Urubamba River to the cloud forest surrounding Machu Picchu. Throughout the journey, you will be able to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the high Andes mountains.From your hotel in Cusco, we'll pick you up and take you to the station to board the expedition train to Aguas Calientes. You will then take a bus for 30 minutes to the enigmatic citadel of Machu Picchu, where you will have early access and enjoy plenty of time to explore the amazing Crystal city.
Next, we'll begin our 2-3 hour guided tour of the archaeological site. After the guided portion, you'll have free time to relax, take photos and explore the site on your own before heading back to Aguas Calientes and returning on the train to Cusco.
