Small-Group Half-Day Languedoc Wine and Olive Tour from Montpellier

With this half day tour, discover the picturesque countryside of Languedoc in the middle of vineyards and olive trees, two plants so closely linked to the culture and history of the region. During this tour you will visit 1 winery and 1 traditional olive oil mill and taste delicious products. You will be picked up at 9:30am on the Esplanade de l’Europe in Montpellier by minivan and drive north into the picturesque countryside of the Languedoc. You'll start by the visit of a traditional wine estate and learn everything about the production, vinification and tasting of wine in the Languedoc region. The visit will end with a tasting of a variety of wines.

Back to the minivan, drive through the vineyards and olive groves to a family-owned olive farm and its 16th century mill, where the owners have passed down their savoir faire from generation to generation. Taste their delicious products: olives, olive oils, vinegars…and special surprise treats for those who have a sweet tooth!

The return to Montpellier is planned around 12.30pm
