Enjoy a day away from the hustle and bustle of the city and discover the traditional Thai way of life in Nakhon Pathom. Visitors will have an opportunity to experience Thai culture and customs at first hand with you family and friends.You will meet our staff at the Thai Village entrance around 10am. All activities are spread around the village (from 10am-12pm) so visitors are free to roam around and try out the following activities and take home self-made crafts: silk processing, Thai music and dance, traditional pottery, rice farming, bamboo dancing, umbrella painting, traditional weaving, Thai kitchen, garland making, fruit carving, Thai martial arts, herbal pavilion and traditional photo studio.
In the afternoon, enjoy a traditional Thai cultural show and elephant demonstration, the longest running show in Thailand which has been performing for 40 years. It’s a musical show depicting a typical village life. Performance takes place in a classic air-conditioned theater. Highlights are Muay Thai, wedding and bamboo dancing.
If you have selected the package which including lunch, you will enjoy a sumptuous international buffet lunch that includes a selection of Western, Thai, Japanese and Vegetarian Cuisine around 12pm. After lunch, take a leisurely stroll around our luscious gardens or if Saturday or Sunday visit our canal side market and Weekend Farmers’ Market where one can buy fresh local produces or souvenirs. We also have a range of homemade herbal products where ingredients are either home grown or sourced locally.
