Bike through its medieval streets and its countryside characterized by expanses olive trees.

The tour begins with a visit to the majestic Cathedral, built in honour of St. Nicholas the Pilgrim, that stands towering over the sea. It is a masterful example of Romanesque architecture and for this reason, it is considered the "Queen of the Apulian's Cathedrals". Then, the tour continues by stopping at the Swabian - Angevin-Aragonese castle built by Frederick II of Swabia on the Adriatic Sea.

From the castle, the tour continues to the medieval Jewish quarter, located in the most ancient part of the city and entirely built in white stone as well as two synagogues along the way: the Scola Nova and the Scola Grande.

After visiting the old town, you'll leave the city to enjoy a relaxing tour along the countryside. You'll be surrounded by endless expanses of olive trees and cultivated fields. Once reached the olive oil mill, you'll have the possibility to see how extra virgin olive oil is produced, from harvesting to bottling this precious liquid.

The tour ends with a leisurely cycling along the countryside, the seafront and the natural city port, protected by two piers.
