Discover the sights of Salvador from a unique viewpoint out in the Atlantic water on this 8-hour sailboat cruise over the calm waters of All Saints Bay (Baía de Todos os Santos). Sail between the Old Fortress of São Marcelo and have great and stunning views from the upper and lower cities. The Bay of All Saints (Baía de Todos os Santos) is the second largest bay in the world after the Bay of Bengal. It is the largest in Brazil, a region that was called by the Tupinambás indigenous group Kirimurê, which means "great inland sea".

Once it was mapped by Portuguese on the Catholic holiday of All Saints Day, it also named the captaincy, then the province and then the state of Bahia. Formed by a coastal boundary of 300 km, it was the epicenter of the Portuguese colonial civilization in the Americas.

During the schooner ride, a typical vessel of the region, guests will be delighted by the exuberant beauty of the bay. The spectacular view of the city of Salvador of Bahia and the nostalgic sound of a samba are enchanting and will be finished by a delicious caipirinha drink with tropical fruits!

The tropical island tour provide many great moments. Disembark in one of the 56 islands that surround the bay, like the Island Paradise of Friars which provides a beautiful scenery, beaches, mountains, palm trees and native trees including Pau-Brazil.

Have a relaxing time by the seashore and sample some snacks and drinks as well. Afterwards, the tour returns toward the island of Itaparica, the largest island in Brazil. This island is rich in history that is preserved both in its architecture and in its religious groups of African origin that add a touch of magic to the picturesque sights.

On this island, there will be provided lunch in a restaurant specialized in local cuisine. Spend the afternoon enjoying the natural beauty of the region.
