You'll learn about the industrial side of Brooklyn where boat building, pencil making, and oil refineries were once the big industry. You'll also see all of the new development going on along the water's shore.
On the Two Bridges Night Tour you will also see Manhattan in all of it's glory from the East River, and cross the Brooklyn Bridge into Manhattan. It's an epic journey.
We stop for gelato (or cannoli) at a famous place in Little Italy called, Ferrara Bakery and Cafe, which was opened in 1892 and is the best place for a person with a sweet tooth in Manhattan.
After that you will see the nightlife and the bar culture of the East Village. Your guide will point out some choice bars and restaurants before riding with dozens of the city's bicycle commuters over the Williamsburg Bridge.
This ride will make you feel like you learned something, provide some great photo opportunities and give you some great suggestions about what to do next.
This is a ride of medium intensity. You should be able to bike the two "hills" that are the bridges. All of our bikes come equipped with lights, you're provided with a reflector vest and a helmet. It's a very safe route. 98% of it is on bike paths.
