We'll pick you up at your hotel in Valencia and after 30 minutes we’ll arrive at the farmhouse.
You will be welcomed with a Valencian drink as we explain you’ll do during this day that revolves around our most typical product: rice. From its plantations and cultivation to your table, as a Valencian paella.

Equipped with your apron and Chef hat, you'll begin to prepare the paella step by step, with the guidance of an expert chef. While you cook, we’ll reveal the secrets, customs and traditions of our land, with special emphasis on the Valencian gastronomy.

Paella’s broth is boiling and gives off an incredible aroma! It’s time to savor an aperitif with typical products enjoying the meeting with good friends and the natural environment. When you finish, we’ll go to the table to delight in your paella… It’s unbeatable! In Valencia, a great paella must be accompanied by salad and Valencian wines and then a typical sweet with mistela (sweet wine).

After this unforgettable experience, you'll get a Diploma of "Authentic Valencian Paella Ambassador", so can claim you are a certificated paella’s expert!. And then, a healthy snack with horchata and fartóns (Valencian typical drink and sweet).

But that’s not all. Now it’s time to explore the spectacular environment that surrounds us. We'll take you to the Mountain of Saints (micro space of protected native flora), a mountainous enclave that emerges from the vast plain of rice fields in the Albufera Park. There you’ll see an old chapel of the 14th century.

This incredible day ends with a leisurely boat ride through the lakes of Albufera, watching  the native flora and fauna which are mixed between red and gold hues of the sunset over the water.
