Every year, Vancouver shows off its Christmas cheer with festive lights and holiday events. On the three-hour Vancouver Holiday Karaoke Trolley, you’ll tour of the city, admiring these lighting displays and singing holiday songs with the onboard karaoke machine. The trolley stops at both the Bright Nights display in Stanley Park and the Festival of Lights at VanDusen Botanical Garden, where you’ll have the chance to get off the trolley and take in the merry surroundings.

The British Columbia Professional Fire Fighters' Burn Fund hosts the annual Bright Nights in Stanley Park. Marvel at the extensive lighting display, and walk around the park with your family, visiting Santa at the North Pole or snacking on roasted chestnuts.

Your next stop is the VanDusen Botanical Garden’s Festival of Lights. If you’re not already in the holiday spirit, the twinkling of the lights combined with the smell of hot apple cider will certainly put you there. At the festival, you can visit Santa’s Living Room or grab a cup of hot chocolate and a fresh-baked apple-walnut-cranberry turnover from Mrs Clause’s Kitchen (own expense).
