The guided kayak tour takes place around the whales feeding areas, closer to the shore and the entrance to Trinity Harbour. Here, you'll see whales up close and observe their feeding patterns and behavior. A scenic harbour kayak tour is also available for the novice/beginner who may prefer a more controlled environment.
For the more skilled and more adventurous kayaker, tow and go tours are available. You'll travel to a point of departure further into the feeding areas of whales and then paddle back to a pickup point. This is a half day tour or longer. There is more scenery and opportunities to see whales and other wildlife. This tour requires a higher level of fitness for the challenges involved.
