A guided tour of the most characteristic wines of the DO Montilla-Moriles ride that lets you know the reason for its exclusivity, its production process (flor), their sensory characteristics and ultimately, enjoy one of our flagship products.The wine tasting sessions are between 6pm -6:30pm and last approximately one hour and a half. You will be able to taste the following wine: Fino, Fino Segunda Bota, Amontillado, Oloroso (Ecológico), Pedro Ximenez (Don PX 2010).

DAILY MENU
First course (choose one). White-and-green “Córdoba F.C.” Salmorejo (a cold smooth almond and basil based cream), Salmorejo cordobés (a cold smooth tomato-based cream, with emulsified olive oil, iberian ham and boiled edd garnish), Gazpacho andaluz (cold tomato soup garnished with cucumber, onion, peppers and croutons, Mezquita salad (mixed greens, cucumber, tomato, onion, corn, tuna, white asparagus with olive and aubergine jam), Sephardi salad (aubergines with cordoban cheese), Aïoli (emulsified with cordoban garlic) potato salad, Caliph aubergines fried in olive oil, with a sweet Pedro-Ximenez wine and sesame sauce, Crispy fried aubergine, Traditional stew of the day
Second course (choose one). Cordoban ratatouille with fried egg on top, served on a small pan, Fried calamari with extra virgin olive oil mayonnaise, Sephardi-style marinated japuta (angelfish), Baby squids in its own ink with “señorito” seafood rice, Deep fried cod with “piquillo” pepper salad, Mozarabic meatballs in almond and saffran sauce, Cured ham croquettes with meat from a traditional family recipe stew, Cordoba-style oxtail stewed with vegetables and local wine, Premium iberian pork stew in cinnamon sauce.
Dessert (choose one). Daily fresh fruit salad, Traditional style orange slices, with olive oil, sugar and cinnamon, Cordoban sweet (puff pastry with cinnamon and sweet squash fillind), Biscuit, chocolate and cream cake with vanilla coulis and a touch of caramel
Drinks (one for person). Bread, Mineral water, Beer, Soft-drinks or Wines.

IBERIAN MENU
Entremeses. Selection of Premium acorn-fed cured Iberian from the Cordoba pasture
First course. Four-Cheese salad, from the cordoban mountains
Second course (choose one). Premium Iberian pork stew in cinnamon sauce
Dessert (choose one). Leche frita (milk pudding) with pestiños (sesame and honey pastry)
Drinks (one for person). Bread, Mineral water, Beer, Soft-drinks or Wines.
