Daily Program Schedule:
5:30am - Pickup from your hotel in a private car and transfer to the yoga center
6:00am - Morning walk through the local village or mantra chanting and meditation
7:00am - Shatkarma (yogic cleansing)
7:30am - Asanas (yogic postures) and pranayama (yogic breathing)
8:30am - Breakfast
9:00am - Seva (karma yoga): Help with gardening, the kitchen and cleaning at the yoga center
11:00am - Meditation and yogic discussion
12:30pm - Lunch
1:00pm - Personal time: stroll, study, bathe
2:30pm - Yoga nidra (psychic sleep)
3:30pm - Seva (karma yoga): help with gardening, the kitchen, and cleaning at the yoga center
4:00pm - Tea break
4:30pm - Asanas (yogic postures) and pranayama (yogic breathing)
6:00pm - Dinner and then private transfer back to your Kathmandu hotel
